Shipping and Delivery Time:
For Custom Orders- Once you pay for your wig, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for design time and delivery. Once your wig is completed - it will ship via insured delivery with either UPS or the United States Postal Service with signature required. If you pay with a check, it must clear first before we start production or ship your wig.
For Stock Wigs- they will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase via insured delivery with either UPS or United States Postal Service with signature required.
Cancellation Policy: Once you place an order with us, our stylist begin working on your unit. Since all units, except in-stock wigs, are custom made, it may be difficult to find another customer to accept your specific customizations. Therefore, all orders that are cancelled after ordering will be charged a 50% Restocking fee. You will need to sign a written consent authorizing us to cancel the order and deduct the 50% Restocking fee from your refund. Once we receive the authorization form, we will issue you the refund minus the 50% Restocking fee. This Re-Stocking fee will not be waived under any circumstances.
